Rental Information

Additional Information:

  • Our address is: 3304 U.S. HWY 80 W, Phenix City, AL 36870

  • Occupancy: maximum of 49 people 

  • You must be over the age of 18 to book an event. 

  • We use a lockbox system. On the day of your event, the person who booked will receive a code to use on the lockbox for entry and exit. 

  • The Bluetooth speaker installed is provided as an amenity. Please ensure before your event that you are satisfied with the volume capabilities of the speaker. If not, you will have to provide your own speaker or hire a DJ for your event. 

  • The food staging area does not have a sink. The only source of water in the building is in the bathroom.

  • Recurring and long-term rental options at discounted rates available.

  • No events permitted to end beyond 11 p.m.

  • No illegal or obscene activities and/or behaviors allowed.

  • We reserve the right not to book or host an event. We also reserve the right to cancel an event, based on circumstances at owner's discretion.

  • Rescheduling accommodations are based on calendar availability and at owner's discretion. 

  • All rates, pricing, promotions, discounts and availability are subject to change.
